We got tired of the gap
We spent years watching good teams struggle to keep up with technology that moved faster than they could. The tools kept improving while the day-to-day kept getting harder.
So we started CWG Innovation to close that gap: a team that turns what is new into something useful, and stays close enough to see it through. That is the whole idea, and we stay close enough to the work to live by it.
